PARSON ADHESIVES INC. looking for a dynamic salesperson with background in selling Sign materials, Composite materials, Transportation industry, Product Assembly, etc. Ideal candidate should have minimum 7 - 10 years of experience in any of the above industry.

Candidate should have college degree with excellent communication and computer skills. This is an on-site position working in an office environment with limited travel. Salary plus commission will be based on experience in the related field. The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets. Fully understanding of products and application. Prospect new customers by using phone, email, and any other social media.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business 5+ years of sales experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with computer skills for the office documents.

Job Function

Design and develop new engineering acrylic adhesives and sealants; research, analyze and design acrylic oligomers and polymers sfor use in design of new adhesives; perform chemical, physical and environmental testing of adhesives during product design and development; prepare product submissions and perform trial productions for new products; prepare raw material specification files and material safety data sheet; provide technical analysis for production, sales and marketing; provide technical support to customers.

Job duties also require use of the following tools

Oligomer and Polymer synthesis, viscosity measurements, Tensile Testing Machine, Torque measurements, TA instruments and FTIR.

Qualifications

MS (or PhD) in Chemistry with 7 years related exp. (3 years with PhD).
